- I am a happy woman that loves the unique and unusual, art, creativity..thats my dads influence. I also love domestics and pretty things and compassion, and pink lavendar and joys of tears..that's my Moms influence. I wanted to be an archeologist when I was a little girl, but never got it together to get the schooling...so now I call myself a closet archeologist...always looking for an opportunity to go through a closet. Mine, yours, estates, garage sales and thrift stores are my digging grounds! I like this so much that I even go with my guy to the auto junk yards! (I have found some fabulous old metal signs and antique license plates there!). If you tell me what you are interested in,in this regard, a keyword or 2 will stick in my attic of a brain and I will give you a jingle! This can be any genre, everything from childrens and sporting goods and my Nicole Miller theme neckties to vintage clothing, cool auto accessories to a fabuloous bejewelled Bob Mackie gown!(coming soon) By the way I adore animals, I am an armchair activist on their behalf. and I don't just mean cats and dogs. I am also a protector of all other animals cows pigs, elephants horses, fish...etc.

Are you kidding me? Of COURSE I remember it - I can even name most of the stars without looking anything up on the internet! It was one of my favorite shows when it was on. Love Karen Valentine, too.
I know Karen was ...or is...so adorable! Room 222 was not big in my memory banks...but the theme song and the actors ..hell yes! It was a good one.
I wonder what Karen is doing now?

Wasn't big in my memory bank either but it sure came back when I saw that picture. Wasn't she adorable. Would love to see some old reruns. (boy, I'm humming along & just beeboppin with this music! Very nice touch.
Oh I am so glad you like the music!! I listen to it most the day while I am posting stuff on line and here.
You know you can get it too...just open it up. You choose your own songs and so on. You have to post the thingy to your Blog of course.
Oh thank you for the info! I've definately got to have it! I adore vintage music & I definately think it sets a "tone" when shopping for vintage goods. I have such a great time watching people hum along & sway along with the music in the store. Well now, let's see if I can do it (always questionable :- )
Yes I am so aware of what you are talking about...sometimes I am singing along with my customers at my shop!!
It really does set a tone in the shop. we have it on all day of course.
